Scarlett Moffatt ‘fears ex could reveal SEX secrets’ as he signs up to appear on ‘the new Love Island’

It’s been a tough week without Love Island – with no dates to swoon over and rows to cringe at, we’ve found ourselves retiring to bed at 9:05pm every evening with literally NOTHING to do.

But luckily it’s not all bad news because as well as treating us to the launch of Celebrity Big Brother next week, Channel 5 has also come up with their own LI inspired reality show Make or Break? – and we’re super excited…

Due to launch next week, the show follows eight couples who aren’t really getting on so well and sends them on an all expenses holiday to Mexico.

But one boy hoping to make a go of things with his long term girlfriend has already had a taste of reality TV already as he just happens to be the ex of Gogglebox favourite, Scarlett Moffatt.

Yup, Richard Cull dated Ms Moffatt for eight months back in 2013 after the duo both took part in MTV show Beauty School Cop Outs – which also starred Jeremy McConnell FYI.

And now the tattooed hunk is back on our telly screens after going through a rocky patch with his GF of three years Sophii Vassallo.

However while 26-year-old Scarlett is now loved up with her on/off beau Luke Croddin, apparently she’s a little bit worried Richard could spill the beans on their past love life – especially after the pair ended on bad terms.

‘Scarlett thought this was all done,’ a source told The Daily Star.

‘But she knows how reality TV works and producers are going to be desperate for him to open up about their bedroom secrets.’

Richard has previously spoken out about his ‘toxic’ split with the TV star, even claiming she did the dirty on him.

‘It ended badly. There was a lot of drama,’ he said at the time.

Well, we’re sure to expect even MORE drama when Make or Break? launches on Monday, August 7 at 10pm on Channel 5.

Liam Payne throws support behind LGBTQ community with emotional message – just days after Donald Trump bans transgender troops

The POTUS announced on Twitter that he is banning transgender people from serving in the US military.

Liam Payne has shared his support with the LGBTQ community after Donald Trump made the shocking announcement on Wednesday that transgender people will no longer be able to serve as US troops.

The One Direction star has joined hoards of celebrities who have condemned the President and his controversial decision, in which he claimed transgender people were a ‘burden’ on the military.

Sharing a moving quote from Thomas Jefferson on Instagram, Liam captioned his post: ‘Thomas Jefferson#lgbtqrights.’

The quote read: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.’

However, not everyone agreed that Liam was entitled to an opinion on the matter, with one annoyed fan commenting: ‘U don’t even live here?

Responding to his critic, Liam said: ‘I have a house there and pay taxes but it’s not about that it’s about support for a community that deserves the right to live the dream of serving they’re country if that’s what they desire.’

But there were plenty of people who thanked the singer for his support.

Amber Rose Dragged on Social Media for Saying Philly Women Are Not “Traditionally Attractive” Like Her

It might be a while before Amber Rose can set foot into her hometown again. The popular model/TV host is being dragged on social media for basically calling the women she grew up with in South Philly ugly.

Let Rose tell it, she’s the only pretty girl from South Philly. Rose appeared on N.O.R.E’s Drink Champs radio show earlier this month and actually fixed her mouth to say it was hard for her growing up in Philly because she was pretty while everybody else were not “traditionally attractive.”

“I grew up in a very poor neighborhood, and I don’t know how I can say this without sounding f**ked up, but a lot of the people where I’m from aren’t traditionally attractive people. And for me, being blessed with beauty, as beautiful women know, is a blessing and a curse.”

“And to grow up in such an area, to be blessed with beauty, it was very difficult for me, and a lot of people used to be like ‘you ain’t from South Philly; you’re from California or somewhere.’ And I’d be on the bus and people would be lie, ‘Where you from?’”

Social media quickly called out Rose (who is currently all about being a feminist and empowering women) for tearing down other women. Using old school photos of Rose, she was mocked and dragged online for her comments.

After being dragged, Rose apologized for her comments and said that she “finds beauty in everyone.”

“I know that people really want me to be a superficial bitch but I’m just not that person. I find beauty in everyone. Unfortunately, it’s not easy doing interviews and always saying things the way you really want to articulate. I wasn’t saying that’s how I felt, I was saying that’s how people treated me.”

Torrei Hart Blasts Amber Rose for Claiming Philly Women Are Not “Traditionally Attractive”

Who would have thought we would ever witness an Amber Rose vs. Torrei Hart beef? Hart got Rose all the way together after she claimed that women from South Philly are not “traditionally attractive.”

Amber Rose appeared on N.O.R.E.’s Drink Champs radio show earlier this month and the South Philly native made a statement that rubbed many the wrong way. And what makes it worse is that she knew she was going to dig herself into a hole from the moment she opened her mouth.

“I don’t know how I could say this without sounding f**ked up. A lot of the people where I’m from aren’t traditionally attractive people. Me, being blessed with beauty—as beautiful women know—is a blessing and a curse.”

Torrei Hart is from North Philly and had some words for Rose. First, she wanted clarification of when Rose became “traditionally attractive, pre or post plastic surgery?

“Is Amber Rose speaking about pre-surgery or post-surgery? That’s the question. Because if she’s talking about post-surgery, of course she’s not going to look like anybody that’s in the South Philly area or North Philly, West Philly, any part of Philly, because she’s got enhancements. So, she’s not gonna look like, you know, the everyday girl.”

But Hart didn’t stop there. She went on to wonder if Rose was feeling herself a little too much because of the male attention she gets.

“I think Amber, she got it a little twisted, too. She’s let these men gas her up a little bit. She forgot that men are gonna tell you whatever they need to tell you to get into the drawers, okay?”

It wasn’t all hate, though. Hart admitted that she actually likes Amber Rose, but advised her to take the platform she has a little more seriously.

“It’s plenty of naturally beautiful people in Philadelphia. And I think the platform that she’s on, she has to be more responsible with the word choices, because there’s a lot of young girls that’s out there that looks up to her. You know, they’re taking her words, they’re taking everything that she says, and they’re holding on to those words.

“So, for her to say something like that, there’s young girls with self-esteem issues… You know, I’m gonna take it there, people commit suicide every day because of self-esteem issues.”

Rose eventually responded to the backlash regarding her statements by saying that the comment was taken out context. However, she didn’t try to clarify what she actually meant either. Instead, she told her followers that she “finds beauty in everyone.”

The beef between Amber Rose and Torrei Hart is probably squashed (for now), but Rose, who is currently leading a feminist movement for her fans, certainly dug herself into a hole that might take her while to climb out of.

R. Kelly Denies Sex Cult Allegations in Creepy Video to Fans: “It’s a Bunch of Crap”

The Peed Pied Piper has spoken. R. Kelly speaks out for the first time since being accused holding several young women in his home.

Using a crappy camera and low light, the singer recorded a brief, grainy video for fans. Although he never says the word “cult,” Kelly denies the allegations against him and proceeds to promote one of his upcoming shows.

“I just want to let all of my fans out there know, despite all of the crap y’all hearing, I will be coming to the East Coast to do my show. And believe me y’all, it’s a bunch of crap.”

Given the video’s bad quality and overall creep factor, I don’t think Kelly did much to calm anyone’s concerns.

Following an explosive BuzzFeed News report last week, several parents and former associates of the singer claimed he was keeping several women at his Atlanta and Chicago homes, using them for sex, and controlling every aspect of their lives. Concerned parents have even contacted the FBI to investigate the matter.

The disturbing situation was compared to a cult and that the singer had brainwashed the young, impressionable women.

However, two of the five or six women living with R. Kelly came forward to say they are not being held hostage. Joycelyn Savage even recorded two videos to show her parents (and the world) that she was safe and begged her parents to stop talking to media.

And just as we’re questioning R. Kelly’s video, many felt there was something off about Savage’s videos as well, with social media believing she was coerced to say she was safe on camera.

R. Kelly doesn’t seem too pressed about the situation, though; the show must go on. Even amid the cult scandal, TMZ reported that all of Kelly’s upcoming shows were selling as usual, with one venue reporting increased ticket sales after the BuzzFeed report was published.

New Couple Alert: Did Christina Milian & Dave East Just Make Their Relationship Social Media Official?

There’s a new couple that may be heating up for the summer. It has been rumored that Christina Milian and Dave East are an item and the two may have just made their relationship public.

Milian and the Harlem-based rapper enjoyed a Dyckman Basketball Tournament game on Wednesday (Jul. 26) at Rucker Park in Harlem. The two looked quite comfortable together and East posted several photos of the possible couple on social media.

He’s since deleted the photos, but a fan account has preserved them below:

So, does this make it official? Until there’s a verbal confirmation (or we see some PDA), I guess the jury is still out. However, East has reportedly spent a lot of time in LA with Milian recently and the two were spotted alone at an event last month.

East caused a new couple alert last month after he posted a picture of Milian on his Instagram, but then deleted the post.

Milian broke up with NFL player Brandon Wilds in May, so she’s also on the market.

Twitter had varying opinions about the possible couple as the photos East posted began making the rounds.

Rick Ross Apologizes for Sexist Statements, Says He Loves His Mama, Sister and Daughter to Deflect

The saying goes that you have to be careful not to put your foot in your mouth when you’re a public figure. Rick Ross, however, has somehow managed to stick not only his foot in his mouth, but his ankle, calf and knee too.

During a candid and colorful interview with controversial and ratchet morning show, The Breakfast Club, Ross was asked by the radio hosts about why he hasn’t signed a female rapper, like a Nicki Minaj or Remy Ma, to his MMG label. The answer was perhaps a bit more raw and real than anyone was bargaining for.

“You know, I never did [sign a female rapper] because I always thought that like I would end up fucking the female rapper [and then] fucking the business up.” said Ross. “I’m so focused on my business. I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good and I’m spending so much money on the photoshoots…I gotta fuck a couple times.”

While it appears that some of what Ross said might have been in jest, it’s hard to separate what might have been humorous exaggeration from plain ol’ sexism.

Ross’ concerns about mixing business with pleasure aren’t unfounded, as Biggie couldn’t help but “dabble” with his female protege Lil’ Kim and Joseline and Stevie J are living and breathing examples of the pitfalls of this exact dynamic playing out on reality TV right now.

But still, the idea that you would avoid signing and working with a talented female rapper because you are completely incapable of controlling your sexual urges is pathetic and speaks volumes about what he perceives to be a woman’s true value: her vagina hole.

Unfortunately for Rick Ross, his sexist statements did not fall on deaf ears and before he knew it, a social media backlash began to brew. Ultimately, he was forced to retreat and apologize for his “mistake” and he issued a Facebook press release to beg the social justice warriors to forgive him and leave him alone.

When will pig-headed men like this learn that saying that you love your mama, your sister and your daughter is not going to work as a pass for viewing someone ELSE’s sister, daughter and mother as nothing more than something for you to mount and ejaculate into?

What’s the difference between Ross’ statement and white folks who do and say racist things but then claim cover by saying they have black friends and play cousins?

We’ll have to see if this Facebook apology is enough to stop the bleeding, but black women on Twitter are mad as hell and very intent on letting Rick Ross have it.

Kudos to The Breakfast Club though. They continue to be the main platform in hip-hop where celebrities find themselves in hot water for keeping it a little too real.

Safaree Tweets His Hurt & Anguish Over Nicki Minaj Not Having His Baby

Sometimes you just want that old thing back. And if this curious tweet that emerged from Safaree’s Twitter account is anything to go by, his heart, soul and anaconda are longing for his ex, Nicki Minaj’s touch.

Although the tweet has since been deleted from his account, the gossip blogs were quick to hit that screenshot game on Safaree’s tweet of apparent desperation, in which he cried out, “I really want a kid…nicki you were suppose to have my child…I can’t believe this is life…”

There’s one of two options:

1.) Either Safaree really, truly did have a moment of weakness and took to the tweets and shared his heartache with the world.

Or…

2.) Safaree is filming MTV’s prank show “Safe Word” in which celebrities are dared to post crazy things on their Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Amber Rose was revealed to be on this show and it explained what was then an absolutely bizarre tweet in which she claimed to Beyoncé that SHE was the “Becky with the short hair.”

Given that Safaree is ACTIVELY suing Nicki and was just talking trash to her indirectly on Twitter the other day, my money is on the notion that he’s on the MTV show and was forced to do that.

But then again, he wouldn’t be the first man to realize he lost a good thing. Unfortunately for him, Nicki Minaj is sipping her lemonade and ain’t sorry in the least.

Bernice Burgos Talks Relationship With T.I. & Has Awkward Confrontation With Angela Yee on the “Breakfast Club”

Bernice Burgos is tired of her name being dragged on Twitter and being thrust in the middle of the drama between T.I. and Tiny Harris. She attempted to set the record straight on The Breakfast Club, but did herself no favors.

Burgos sat down with Breakfast Club hosts Charlamagne tha God, DJ Envy, and Angela Yee on Wednesday (Jul. 26) for nearly an hour. She discussed everything from her career to rumors, her dating life, and her plastic surgeries.

However, what we all really wanted to know about was her relationship with Tip and what role (if any) did she play in his ongoing divorce from Tiny. It has been rumored that she was T.I.’s side chick and has engaged in a ruthless social media feud with Tiny, who once referred to Burgos as a “pass around b*tch.”

Burgos revealed on the radio show that she felt bad about her social media posts against Tiny, which have since been deleted.

“I was shocked with myself too. I’m very disappointed with what I did. I’m not saying I regret it but I learned by being on social media. Social media will sometimes put you in a place where you have to fight with people that you don’t know. [I replied] because I was listening to social media, so many lies, so many you this, you that.”

She also states for the record that she was never in a relationship with T.I. She says it was always and only about business when it came to the two of them.

“It was only for business, I got introduced for a movie. People need to stop — just because I’m pretty, just because I’m a video vixen. Stop with this video vixen sh*t.”

Another particular moment of the interview caught social media’s attention and went viral. The former “video vixen” wants to shed that title and confronted host Angela Yee for (allegedly) referring to her as such during a recent interview with Lala Anthony. The only problem is Yee never called Burgos a “video vixen” and had the receipts to prove it.

Anthony is executive producing a show a called Goal Diggers, which “follows former video vixens, strippers and Instagram models attempting to flip their online fame into bona fide businesses as entrepreneurs.” Burgos is part of the show.

Watch Out, Wonder Woman Is Coming for ALL the Oscars

This is still in rumor territory, but exciting enough that I don’t mind speculating: Variety is reporting an “exclusive” source who claims Warner Bros. is currently discussing the possibility of a full-throated Oscar campaign for Wonder Woman.

If we’re asking whether Wonder Woman deserves to be considered for an Academy Award, I think most of us would answer with an immediate yes. But as we all know by now–right? I don’t want to crush anyone’s Hollywood idealism–Oscars have as much or, if we’re being honest, more to do with money and clout than quality. Hopefully, the awards go to the movies and people who deserve them, but they rarely get to even be considered without a whole lot of money up front. Oscar campaigns are expensive. Like, $10 million for a Best Picture award expensive. From screeners to advertising (did you know a page-one ad in the Hollywood Reporter costs $72,000??) to campaign consultants to hair/makeup/clothes for stars (think of all those interviews you see during Oscar season), studios put a LOT of money into the movies they choose to push. So if they’re choosing to push Wonder Woman, that’s big.

It’s especially big because they’ll be fighting the existing precedent of the Academy shunning superhero movies. Comic book movies will often get a nomination or win for their Visual Effects/Special Effects/Makeup/etc. (although Batman Begins got a Cinematography nomination and Heath Ledger posthumously won Best Supporting Actor for The Dark Knight), but so far, nothing from the genre has even been nominated for Best Picture or Best Director. Word is, Warner Bros. wants to push for both. (No love for Gal Gadot, Warner Bros?)

Warner Bros. clearly has a lot of reasons for wanting to take this risk. To start, Oscars directly lead to increased box office returns. But also, there are some “non-financial benefits” studios see when they win these awards. I have no idea how they measure these things, but the “Hollywood politics, bragging rights and brand image” that come with a Best Picture win are said to be worth about $7 million. For all the “bragging rights” and brand image boost they’ve acquired with the incredible success Wonder Woman has seen so far, it makes sense that they wouldn’t want to stop now. Dunkirk seems like a sure bet for the studio, but Wonder Woman would be an awards underdog, with some major potential cachet attached. And with the newly expanded and diversified body of Academy voters, they might be looking to jump right in and capitalize on those changes.

It’s not just the studio that benefits from an Oscar win. Stars and directors see a significant boost in their next job’s paychecks. (Although we know that success boost doesn’t always translate equally for female directors.) If Warner Bros. won’t commit to bringing Jenkins back for Wonder Woman 2, we’d at least like to see her get paid well somewhere else!

All of this is exciting. If Warner Bros. can get even a nomination for Wonder Woman or Patty Jenkins, it would be groundbreaking. (And of course, if Jenkins won, she’d only be the second woman to do so in that category.) And we want to see this movie get all the love, and all the accolades in the world.
